Christmas .....
We will suspend sending mail orders from Wednesday 4th December, starting again, weather permitting,  from 6th January 2025. Most of our plants will be under cover, dormant and probably not looking at their summer best, so we encourage you to look at our eGift Vouchers as an alternative.

Abutilon 'Nabob'

£7.00
Currently being propagated, please ask as we may have some, or we can at least let you know when they will hopefully be available

A beautiful, half hardy shrub with deep red bell-shaped flowers. Flowers on and off throughout the year, especially under glass. Eventually makes a large shrub to 3m but less if kept in a pot. Bushy, upright habit. Hardy to minus 5 °C for short periods. Only really worth risking outside in winter in coastal or southern gardens. Ideal for a warm, sheltered courtyard. Otherwise makes a superb specimen in a large pot in a conservatory or for the summer patio. Watch out for spider mite on these plants in a hot conservatory. The true form.
